What's with the PORSCHE emblem across the front of the Speedster? The emblem normally only appears across the rear, no?.
Speedsters starting with chassis #5001 in 1953 through 1959, i.e., the 356B, all had identical PORSCHE scripts front and rear. Of course, as will all things Porsche or Speedster, saying "all" or "none" could be trouble, due to numerous factual exceptions with the factory, different dealers, etc. But at least it was a general rule.
Makes one wonder what they were thinking with those bumper over rider bars.
If I'm not mistaken the over riders were for US cars only. I like 'em!
