Alan, where did you get the seats from for that Speedster?

This question had me wonder if Fiero seats would fit in a Speedster. They are pretty narrow and I see them used in street rods.

NO.

I tried it in a CMC and they're about 2" too wide.

Chuck the seats are made from scratch using plywood ,aluminum and Honda Accord tilt mech.

Alan, with your talents and looking at how the seat tops so neatly fit the profile of the car, I suspected that you had made them. Most excellent job.

I did not build this car, I first saw it 23 years ago at a VA car show then, 12 years ago found it right in my town and owned and built by a high end street rod shop here. I bought it 5 years ago, resold it and buying it back last fall. I have since made some changes including a fresh motor. Car only has a few hunderd miles on it as it was mostly a show car....would cost $45k to build a similar ride.
