I had a situation arise with Street Beasts "parts department" that I thought to pass along.
Three weeks ago I ordered three speedster items that are exclusive to the older CMC and Street Beasts. I was assured at the time of placing the order, that the items were in stock and would be shipped the same day.
I called them today to inquire about the order since I found that my credit card was ........charged the day the order was placed.
I was told that the items were and still were not made up and were still unavailable ..."it may be another week or two maybe more before shipping."
Further inquired as to why the card would be charged prior to shipping...the response I got was... "do you want the stuff or not?"

I cancelled the order seems as if the "new SB team" seems to be up to the same antics as "the old company".

Ah now that sounds like the response I used to get 15 years ago from CMC folks! Guess the tradition lives on -- was hoping they had changed their colors - guess NOT. Write them a nice letter laying out your issues and if they don't treat you like a customer then file a complaint with the FL Better Business Bureau - my reading is they are/were on some type of probation for prior shady dealings.
