I believe they're 2.5 " dropped spindles. they're from either CB Performance or CIP1 as I recall.

I had a set of 2" dropped on the first Speedster I had. That was back when they used to take two spindles to make one by slicing them vertically, then welding them back together. (they came out wider by about an inch)

I don't think anyone makes them that way anymore; they just make new ones With the 2.5" offset spindle.
