Suggestions for rear reflector placement

Been searching the site and the web to find dimensions for the rear reflector placement. Anyone have the layout?

I do have 356 pics and it appears to be approximately 2/3 of the distance between the taillights to the bumper. Been to three different shows lately with out a tape measure.

Any tips?

Do you mean use the dollar to measure? Wish I had thought of that, too late now.

I was hoping a member had that dimension from the taillight to the reflector.

If it's a genuine Porsche event . . . use a C-note.

I found quite a few pics that I had taken at C & C, Euro Show and the Dana Pt Concourse last month and they were perfect for comparison.

Printed up the best pics and had a second opnion by me right seater.

Drilled some holes and the reflectors are installed. Easy.

I'm not exactly sure as to what you're referring to but in my case I noticed on some pictures that in 356A's the reflector is right smack in the center of each tailight as well as in the center between bumper & tailight too. Hope it helps....

OK here you go.
If you line up the seam in the brakelight lens you can see that the reflector is not centered on the seam along the vertical but offset. And at the hor1zontal between the brakelight and bumper the reflector is also slightly lower off the center point.
This was very subtle and I made sure to shoot the pic at a lower level to minimize distortion on the real close up shot at the euro show of the sweetest real speedster. It was next to a nice Spyder and next to Vince's vert KG which was next to Larry's Speedster.

Good; I guess we're more or less in the same ballpark; with these cars it's very difficult to measure distances because they're so curvy.

So it looks to be 1/2 inch off center to the tear end of the lights 2 inches below with a inch above the bumper ,,

Opps the passenger side bumper is a schose lower.. Hey!! who tried to set on this fella.s bumper??
