eBay. I paid $20 for mine on eBay and I got 2 of them that come close to matching the color of my car, but the other one is much too large to use on the car. The down side was that they were in Canada and it cost me $70 to ship them.

Go to Ebay and put in "vintage luggage" for your category. Usually a couple thousand to pick from.
Go to Craigslist and search. Picked up a set for $15 and they are in great condition.
Kevin (aka Dad) found a company in Chicago that had a formed hard case that just so happened to be the exact profile on the bottom as the luggage rack. Unfortunately they only had yellow when he went there, but I have painted some to match client's cars, and even replaced their makers emblem with one that suited the car better. Let me find a photo...
Alan, we looked for several months to find the period correct look for the back of the Speedie, and my best places to look were Antique shops on Saturday morning drives after coffee.. the wife and I would travel around and hit all the vintage shops and look in them... Found the perfect case for $15.00 bucks and a lot of fun too... BTW NO shipping costs.. LOL..
Also somebody had stickers here too.. I forgot.. I am thinking it was Dusty... oh well... he sent them to me free of charge too...
You can find vintage stickers on ebay and other places on the 'net, search for "vintage travel stickers.
If no antique shops or garage sales to check, go on Carigslist listing in your area. Looked around for a while and found vintage luggage ($20) that color coordinated with our car. Mounted on Lietz rack with reproduction Porsche leather straps.
