It was such a nice day today, Ginny & I jumped in the Speedy and headed down the hill to the coast for a burger on the beach and sunset cruise. Wish you all coulda been there with us...

The weather is here, wish you were beautiful...

Shake Shack, Crystal Cove, SoCal - Cheeseburger (check), fries (check), strawberry shake (check), beach breeze (check)...

Waiting for the sunset on Pacific Coast Highway, Newport Beach, SoCal.

I never get tired of this...

Jim,
I noticed something about you over the years.
Regardless of what's going on in your life or those around you, you retain a happy, positive outlook. You're usually the first to welcome newcomers. You always have good things to say and find a positive spin in any situation. You're the consummate good guy "cheerleader" and you are sincere in what you say and do.
There are a lot of good people that regularly visit this site but you, my friend, are the main reason I check in as often as I do.
Theron rarely gives anyone here their own moniker, but I believe you have earned the title of "Mr. Sunshine".
Thanks for the photos but, more importantly, thanks for what you contribute to this site.
I am certainly humbled by your comments. There are MANY good guys on this site (birds of a feather) and I am certainly fortunate to be a part of it all...even the part that includes my partners-in-crime, Vince & Gerd!

I'm sure each of us can relate a story (or stories) of the cathartic moment that exemplified our fragile mortality. Life may not always be easy, but Life IS short and I'd hate for my last moment on this earth to be a negative one.

BTW - that 'sunshine' is just the sun's glare off my unusually large bald noggin!

Peace - Out, my Bruthas!
