Thanks.  I have the 1600/super emblem, had specified and paid for the Carrera but my car was built during the Kirk-Justin dance and it got screwed up.  I just hope they did not glue the 1600 in place, could only find one pin when I was searching under the hood yesterday.

There is variance in the body thickness.  Occasionally an emblem pin is too short to go all the way thru.  There are "Carrera " badges available on eBay.  There are 2 diff.lengths,  approx; 6" and 9"
