My super wide left today for a heart transplant at Coolrydes Customs. She already has the suspension - now to back it up with the power... She will be getting a Subaru 2.5 with 5 speed and AC - Looking for 300 at the wheels... Should be a fun ride!

Hey Scott I remember speaking to you about this car when you bought it. As I recall, you discovered some undisclosed damage and forced the dealer to take it back. Didi you get it resolved? It's a stellar car and with Subie power, wow.

Gentlemen, Scott R. is serious about this.
I'd ask how you plan to put that kind of power down, but it's a wide-body -- you have the wheel and tire package. I want to know all about it when it comes back to you.
More is more.

That car went back to the selling dealer - this is a different car.
Im hoping these help get that power transferred.

Zounds!! Methinks that beast needs to join us on the Tour de Smo'.
A natural aspirated 2.5 EJ Suby will get you about 200 hp at the most with better heads, cams and ECU. I should know. That’s what I’ve got in my Spyder. You will need some type of forced induction for 300hp. But good luck. You have our attention.
She will have a turbo. Im leaving the specifics to the builder.

You'll be down to the Sandbar or Fish Lips in nothing flat !

Ah yes, the other car was a hardtop but same Cool Rydes suspension and same color. What are the odds?
wow! 300 HP in a light car like that will be insane...keep in mind ...you still have to make the next corner....keep your exuberance in check.....just a thought
Scott, the owner/operator at Coolrydes Customs (San Diego), Kevin Zagar, is also a SOC member. Kevin is a very cool dude and puts out lots of nice custom fabrications. I think you'll be very pleased with the modifications he can provide for you.
