Sure fire way to unfreeze rusted part?? | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

Anyone have a sure fire way to unfreeze a rusted part? I want to remove my seats (Recarros) but the lever on the drivers side won't budge. The lever travels back to where the toothed portion should lift up and allow the seat to slide but where that part is to revolve in a sleeve its rusted...I can't see the rust but I assume that's the problem. Can't use heat as I'll ruin the seats...

Any suggestions? Tried WD 40 and no use.

PB Blaster !!!! The best substance known to man. Get it at Pep Boys, Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts, etc.

Be sure to follow the directions and be patient. I NEVER had it fail to work.
