Just a note to pass on to all the good people who came to the National Gathering in Loveland, CO, last September .... Remember the SVETSVILLE ZOO that we went to? (farm implements turned into strange creatures throughout the woods and along the stream) Due to the encroachment of the subdivisions in Ft Collins and the widening of the road the Zoo has been dismantled and most put in storage. What a shame to see such a whimsical place close after 35 years. I am glad we were able to see it before the end.

Jim, you're absolutely right, it is a crying shame. Hopefully, someone will take the initiative to set up the sculptures in another location - being stuck away in storage isn't right. The imagination ran wild while walking among the creations there - felt like a kid again. (Okay, I act like a kid most of the time anyway, but being there the feeling was even more so....)
