I bought these at Hershey porsche swap as NOS 356 but they don't seem flexible enough not sure if all new ones are like this never bought new ones before opted to keep my old ones one maybe you're more experienced at putting them on than I.

Not sure. Looks like these are made to accommodate two different size lenses. Note the 2 slots, (never a good idea) . Perhaps some time in the warm sunshine to allow for stretch and movement.

The inside 'slot' is for the lens. The outside slot is for the chrome bezel.
