I took a look at that car last saturday. The fiberglass is less than ideal with lots of surface imperfections that can't be seen in the photos. The hood for example had two surface depressions on opposite sides near the windshield. Not sure if that was due to poor workmanship by the builder. The top was a little rough. But most of all, there was enough oil on the show room floor to dress a salad for two!
Other than that, some glass/body filler, fresh paint and a little TLC could turn it into a nice summer car.
