Reminds me of a guy in New England who bought a nice, used, Ferrari Scagliatti and took it to Lime rock for a Ferrari track day. First lap around he manages to go wide on a turn and mooshes the left side along a guard rail.

I can just hear his wife when he got home: "YOU DUMB ASS!"

Clearly all members of the more money than talent club. I sort of felt sorry for them at first , then I managed to see the humor as they all seemed to play follow the leader.

Well, here's the thing... Pretty wide road, no crazy banking, no ice, ABS brakes everywhere, all the traffic moving the same direction and ONE guy took them all out? Really?

Now either everyone was bunched up at 200 mph like a NASCAR bumper-humpin' herd or this flat represents a multi-person muff-up of biblical propertions.

Yup, from what I understand, one guy tried to overtake, lost it and took out the whole peloton. Hero to Zero in 3 seconds!

As I read it, one in the peleton tried to pass a Prius. Hit the guard rail, over corrected & the next thing you know we got the "big one" at Talledega.

Best part..........the Prius wasn't even scratched !
