Does anyone know these mirrors compared to standard mirrors we use... or are they the same?

Those look really nice. It says to only use on the driver's side. I imagine no convex mirror is available.
I never use convex mirrors as I adjust my mirrors to remove the blind spot which once your use to having you cant live without
Great price for mirrors actually made in Germany. They appear to be stainless steel? The repro Aero ones seem to attract rust quickly.

Remember Greg, if it says made in Germany on the box, that just means the box...
I have had that issue with a new one that is why i was looking at them are they much different than the aeros?
Isnt Lane that has the arrow LED in the aero mirror too
Clear coat everything shiny!
The air here is so salty, I now carry a pepper mill with me...
Hard to tell if mounting holes are the same or close.
Aero base (no dimensions given):
Talbot Berlin (40mm between mounting bolts)
I thought the Talbot's to be conical / bullet shaped??
The Talbot "Sport" series of mirrors are indeed bullet shaped but they also have an aero style mirror.

Might be a dumb question here but how do you prep chrome for clearcoat ?? Clean with what and what would you clear coat a pair of mirrors with ? I've installed new mirrors and they have rust etc in less than one year. Thanks.
I've just used a good Carnauba wax ever few months. I've never had luck clear coating even brass/copper - it always chips off and looks worse. I noticed the Aero ones from SierraMadre have the MADE IN GERMANY stamp - $70 each. They might be better than the China repros.
Ray, I never had a problem with these from Stoddard. Also made in Germany.
