Yes a tear drop trailer sure looks great but Lane hit the nail on the head, the additional weight will lighten up even more creating a less than safe situation . Yes it can be done... with extreme caution you may be just fine in normal driving situation, however add the very real possibility of an emergency situation i.e standing on what little brakes there are in these cars or a heavy swerve will certainly send you to uncharted places you really don't want to go .
I say this from 34 years driving an 18 wheeler and have seen some sorry azz tow vehicle related accidents created in part by the drivers that feel that if it moves no matter what the weight or size everything will be fine (I'll be careful) Also to be considered is a proper hitch mount, there isn't any on a pan based Speedster and mirrors that allow for being able to see around the sides of a towed trailer ....certainly the Speedster Aero mirros won't do the job.
i.e One example.... Ford Explorer towing a 32' travel trailer, the driver did a lane change, went sideways and vertical up a steep embankment flipping the Explorer 180 back on top of the trailer crushing it and two children that were riding in the trailer, it all happened from loss of control due to excessive tow weight.
Added towing weight also creates additional engine operating temps ....not a good thing. Just my .02
