The Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit is pretty famous, but we have a cruise near me in Dearborn that has been growing by leaps and bounds each year. The Dream Cruise is so packed and the streets are so crowded that it has become too much. On Telegraph, you can cruise at the speed limit and there are plenty of places to pull off and watch without paying for parking. The Telegraph Cruise is on July 24th, 2010 and I live in walking distance to Telegraph on the west side of Dearborn just north of Michigan Ave. I was thinking that it would be very cool to have a group 356 cruise followed by a BBQ at my house. I think it would be very cool to show the Detroit muscle-car crowd something different and see my street lined with 356's (and of course eat some food, drink some beer, meet everyone, and check out everybody's cars). All are welcome, real or fake, coupe, cabrio, roadster, or speedster, complete or in progress. I know it's only January, but I wanted to get everyone thinking ahead :) When we get closer, please let me know if you're coming so I can plan enough food.
