Isn't the price a little high? Love the air cleaner sticking through the hood. Maybe there's a blower underneath.
You need to look at it as a collage and go from there, it is "do-able" at the right price...I've started out with worse.
Sure looks like a CMC dash complete with their Vintage brand gauges. Must have some carb adapter to get air cleaner that high. Wad of wiring under dash looks like mine!

Depends on how resourceful the buyer is.

Paint: I would prep the body myself (fill and sand) remove all componts including the windshield and have MAACO do the paint ($500)...give the painter a few bucks ($40)and you can get a decent job.
Add another $800 for misc. i.e tail lights, materials, surprises and beer etc. and you have a total investment less transportation of $8,840.
I would say no higher than $6k the way it is.
Tell ya wat this is in my watch list ,have 3 cars in mind at my price range so hopefully I get one of them
