Oh, now this is SUCH a bad move . . . ask anyone here. By next year, you're sex life will be non-existent and she'll have your ball in a small box on top of the dresser.

"Honey, can I have my balls back for the evening, I'm goin' out with the guys? Remember? I asked you if was OK last week . . . remember? Please?"

You're doomed !
Don't pick on the poor guy ... he'll learn soon enough! We all know Theresa is stronger, faster, smarter and more devious than he is!!!

Congrats, you two. LMS and I think this is a really good match and are pleased that we have had a chance to meet and get to know you both. We just celebrated out 43rd anniversary and can tell you that it has all been worthwhile as I am sure your union will be. I will try to be on hand for YOUR 43rd and I'll buy you an aged Scotch.

Happy Trails forever,
Dusty and Sharon
Yeah, I was told by a semi-reliable source that Cory and Teresa were somehow influenced by Dusty and Lovely Miss Sharon at 43 years, as well as Kathy and me at 34 years. I guess they think we all make it look easy. hmmmmm....... Gotta work on that...

Good luck, you two!

And is Nov. 22'nd the real date? Send me a PM with details and we'll see what we can do.

Damn! I left my Tux up in Grafton, too!

Will my "Jimmie Buffet" Tuxedo be good enough?? (Hawaiian shirt and Bermuda shorts, but I can get some knee socks to go with it for "formal")

Cory, BERT,

Well, fiddle. I guess I've been a bit spotty on my SOC Forum crawling, and so missed this one for a while. So, let me be the last here to say congrats and what a wonderful piece of news this is. Be advised: if you end up telling us when -- we already know where -- this will be, then there is the distinct possibility of something even more hilarious than the "Wedding Crashers" that could happen. Some of us will feel the absolute need to be there. And I see you took angela's advice. If you go back and search the archives here you will see an admonishment from our very own soccer-mom-speedster-spyder-speed-freak posted up close after the '07 Dragon Run that you ought to run w/ the fun feelings for no less than a year, meet the family, and then decide. And so, armed w/ that sage instruction, you went and did it. Good thing you had us all here to help explain it to you. We'd hate to see this thing get cross-threaded. Like Gordon said: "pleasantly not surprised". It's gonna be grand and I am so happy about this I think I'll need one of Vince's hankies.
Cory, sounds like something more than my Mossberg is needed! Good luck with the marriage and the pirates! Being that it is a Saudi ship with no US personnel aboard, I would expect the standard salvage agreement would apply. What do you figure the der-diem on a USN assault carrier, a Frigate, and a tired but willing Hoopty driver cum "Our man in the breach" should set the King back for our little assist? We'll take it in oil at $65 a barrel! Be safe and bring it home ASAP!
Yup. It's official. Gordon did a great job as the Public Eye. Thanks again, Gordon!
We'll be putting the professional photographer's work up soon (most likely on flickr); he said he had something like 1,500 images to sort through before he lets them go.
He was right on time, too. Very much the consumate professional. I got the feeling he's not a 'wedding photographer.' I think he moonlights doing ceremonies, but he acted very much like a news man.
Oddly, he got every shot we were hoping he would, but was never in anybody's way. No ego, either. Great guy.
