A big shout out to Tony whom many of you know. He recently purchased a Porsche repair shop in Auburn, CA and is pursuing his longtime ambition of having his own shop. Anthony's Classic Autowerkes.

After 7 years of frustration with various repairs, upgrades, and other enhancements with 4 different so called air cooled experts, my car is now running better than ever. I suffered from many ill advised, poorly executed, and just plain dumb **** work on my car.

Tony diagnosed and repaired all of my baby's problems. The biggest issue was a low stumble rpm that only occurred at high altitude where I live. Tony replaced electrical components, tuned the carbs, etc and now my car runs like it supposed to. If you live anywhere within a couple hundred miles of Auburn and are not happy with your current mechanic, take you car to Tony.

Since he has opened the shop the old Porsches in the foothills seem to be coming out of local garages seeking to return to the road. There was a absolute cherry 64 356C with not a spot of rust that just came off the trailer when I was there on Thursday. It looked like it had been in storage for 40 years. Schwiiing!

Thanks again Tony and best of luck with you new adventure. You have my business.

I'm not dead yet. I am feeling much better!
