I'll be sending all of my photos and videos to MUSBJIM for the commemorative Carlisle 2017 club video, but here are some early stills and maybe others can pop some in, too.   I'll caption a few that I can and hope the rest of the names and faces get matches.

Jack Crosby (hiding in car), Kelly Frazer, Cute lady with Carlisle tee-shirt bundle, MUSBJIM, East Coast Bruce and Norma Stumpp

Let's try attaching a video:

Here, look for the Crosbys (three generations), then Danny P., Michelle (his assistant wrench), Lenny C. and Wild Bill Drayer at the back of the throng going in to the "Sled Factory" Antiques flea market.

Tom Marantz, Ed Erickson, MusbJim, Dave Stroud and his wife (talking with Russ Crosby), Dave Mitchell and then lots of cars at the Sled Factory.

In another thread, Kelly mentioned the "Brass Thingie" award:

Brass Photo

I mentioned this to East Coast Bruce and his fellow event organizers and they thought it was a good idea so I made one.  Since few people have seen an actual "Brass Thingie" and those who have describe them differently from person to person, I felt I was OK using a BN2 heater fuel filter that, BTW, was given to me by Carl Berry - I thought that made it even more special for this event.

So then the question was, "Who to present it to?" and I went through a long process of searching the SOC forums for likely victims recipients, but I kept going back to the originator of the 742 page thread from Lane where the Brass Thingie first raised it's ugly head and thought, "Gee - Lane deserves this!"

And so, Lane became the first recipient of the Speedsters Meet Spyders "Brass Thingie Award", for not only persevering in fixing his problem(s), but serving as an inspiration for others gaining familiarity with these little cars and how to keep them going.

Congratulations, Lane!
