Now that is one beautiful car !! Nicely done Troy,,, and congradulations to the new owner. Alan
Congrats Troy, and to the new owner! I am sure that a lot of smiles per gallon will be forthcoming! Your presentation of the car is outstanding Troy. You made that Midnight Blue shine! After the Palomar Run, come over to my house, the IM needs a little detailing!;)I agree with the motorcycle comparison 100%. For the price of a Road King you can look your passenger in the face, be comfortable, carry enough luggage to keep that passenger smiling, and still smell hot oil burning on an exhaust manifold! Well done!
Cool!
nice car, well done...

Really rather easy. Go to http://www.flhsmv.gov/html/titlinf.html and then go to http://www.flhsmv.gov/dmv/forms/BTR/82040.pdf and fill out the interactive form. Have a police officer verify the VIN or take the vehicle to the license office for verification. There is a form available from the first website you can download to get the police verification done. My IM was titled as a "1966 Reconstructed VW" in VA and it all went very smoothly in FL.
The VIN verification form is http://www.flhsmv.gov/dmv/forms/btr/82042.pdf . G'luck.
Luck guy in Florida. Thats such a nice ride! Well done Troy!
isnt it funny that no matter where u live the potential buyer is always on the other coast.
Sometimes that's a good thing when you want to be the potential buyer!

The Midnight Blue Bandit's new owner received the car in Florida a few days ago and is very happy with it. There were some problems with the delivery, but everything is ok now.
The car was transported in a very large double decker enclosed transport and it was loaded with the front end much higher than the rear. It never even crossed my mind as I watched him load it, but it had 1/2 a tank of gas and it all drained through the carbs and into the engine. They tried to get it started and it was pumping gas out of the exhaust, so thankfully they stopped. I had him do an oil change to get everything cleaned out and he says it is running fine now.

Inexperienced car carrier trucker.
I've seen roll back drivers dragging all wheel drive high end cars with all four wheels on the ground, car ends up at
"Transmissions R' Us" and the bill is out of sight, again an inexperienced truck driver..... Always best to check referrences.

He is on the other side of the state from you in Sarasota. He is a 70's muscle car collector and I'm not sure if he will be joining the list or not.
