Why does it look like it's being refurbished? The old front lights, rear lights and even dash have been glassed over and refilled. Is this the body manf in Mexico?
Good observation ! Those pictures look more like they prepping a buck , than dressing something that was just pulled from the mold . . .
I hope that they fail and nobody buys one and everyone hates them and they're WAY too expensive to buy. That way all of the prices for the coupe rubber and glass and headliners and latches and pop-outs and seat covers and all that stuff will stay nice and cheap! Once there's another whole market for coupe stuff, the prices will go up or they'll make crappy repros that rust like mad and fall apart in your hands, and I'll be WAY out of luck ! ! !

Sweet! Finally. Any news on what the drivetrain is or is it going to be the standard JPS lineup from the speedster?
