It's Official. Me and the Hoopty are going to Carlisle!
I made the reservation for the Hotel Carlisle.
I sent my email to Gordon.
When it comes to registering ... what do people do? Judged or Non-Judged? Is there somewhere that we specify that we're with a group? Is the group called "Speedster Owners"?
OK, now we go to work on MUSBJIM. He is poor-mouthing 'cause he changed jobs and has no income anymore, but SO WHAT? Maybe he can hitch-hike to Dusty's, then ride along on the trailer. In any case, I've got his room covered and his transport to-from local BWI airport. All he'd have to get would be a few egg sammiches. OK everybody, repeat after me: Let's go JIM!! Let's go JIM!! Let's go JIM!! Say, who's that at Carlisle '09?? MUSBJIM!!
Alright, here's the deal - Vince (and Terry), Gerd and Jim are NOT allowed to leave the grounds under any circumstances until I meet them. Any and all of you reading this; if they try to leave use all means to apprehend them. Tranquilizer darts (use the Oban filled ones for Vince) are usually adaquate.

That's great news! Remember now, I drove all the way up there in the rain last year and everyone was gone! And then my generator went out and I got stranded in the pooring rain on the PA turnpike while I waited for 1 1/2 hours for my buddy to come get me.

Cory-san: do not worry about pictures, MGM. Theron will have buy another 1.5 TB HDD in May to hold all the uplaods. Maybe there will be none as good as you could snap, but the events WILL be documented.

And to Mickey: double ditto on the timing thing: you gotta show up before noon Sunday, dude, or you get what you get. Also, some advance notice of your ETA would help others to plan, if you really mean it. Festivities start on Thursday: be there or be square. We'll keep the light on for ya . . .
