I "removed" the fog lights off an opel Kadett that was abandoned at the gas station my brother worked at. Put them on my '67 bug. That's honest. I really liked the looks of that car.

The Opel Kadett looks like a cool "commie" style car even though it's not.

Try this one. I owned an 1959 English Ford Anglia, bought it brand new. Mainly because at the time I couldn't Afford much else.

I remember the Opel Theron had when they hit the states.

Robert, that Anglia must of cost around 5 or 6 hundred dollars brand new as the 59 bug eye Sprint was $900 new if you bought through the BX (Base Exchange). I was stationed at RAF Lakenheath in 1959 but as a two striper I didn't make enough money to buy one, however, I did buy a 1955 Indian.I t was registered as a 59 but I think it really was a 55. England would register a vehicle as the year it was first registered in the UK.).
