George, you may be a little hasty in short-changing Portland's weather. It's true that we have some bad weeks during the winter as do most areas, but on the other hand we have a great deal of nice weather Spring, Summer and Fall. Unless you have to sell you may want to hold off until you experience it. Give it a chance. And besides it would be fun having another car in the area.

Any mechanic that's actually been carried around by Germans must be a hell of a car guy.

Why do you assume the mechanic to be male?

I know who I'd rather carry around - and it's not some 240lbs bloke called Fritz! (More like the 110lbs and lovely Helga)

After all the car is described as "lovely," no reason the mechanic couldn't be lovely, too.

Besides, it's far easier to be "German borne" when you weigh a svelte 110.

I'm the owner of Theron's old cream Speedster, and I'm looking to sell it. I've recently moved to Portland where this sweet little car is not very practical.

This lovely car has been been professionally maintained by a German-born mechanic, trained in Stuttgart, Germany. No expense was spared when it came to its up-keep.

Its in amazing conditioning, running like new.

She's currently garaged in Sacramento, CA waiting for someone to take her home.
