I just posted my Speedie for sale in craiglist and already got some replies without me posting any pictures. I am asking 12K which will bring me to a break even point. Since you guys are the experts, should I be firm on my price or should accept a lower offer than 12K, if so, whats the lowest I should accept? The reason I am asking is because I don't know the full value of a CMC. Look at my car and tell if it's worth it? Also, check out the craigslist ad and give me your thoughts?

Remodeling job is forcing me to do this, however, after I cleanded it and took it for a drive I now struggling with this decision and having second thoughts?

Any advise is much appreciated. Here the craigslist ad:

and check out the new pic that I posted here at soc

Ya need to advertise on other than CraigsList if you want to get decent price. From pictures I'd say $12k is a real great deal - for sure I'd not go lower. You don't mention engine (displacement or miles on it) or tires. If it's just a quick sale you want - suspect you'll easily get it - especially in LA with lots of nice top down weather left to go this year. I'd raise price - place ad here and on the Samba - perhaps even ebay with 3k higher reserve. Negatives you mention are not a big deal for a replica that's intended to be driven - I'd not even mention them as a potential buy will start deducting those costs from asking price in their mind.
