If your heart's not set on that one, consider the third brake light from an early 90's Chrysler convertible product (before they Frenched them into the trunk lid). Slimmer line and looks like it belongs on Speedster.

In the late 80s, I worked at an Auto Parts store.

In the grill you'll see a truck LED light as a third brake light ($9) and it is... bright ! ~Alan

Between the top and the engine lid someone mounted a small antenna. My idea is to cover the hole with a cyclopes type 911 brake light. Since the car is 911 powered I thought this might go along with the theme of the car. A new one cost around $125 , so I was hoping to find a used one for around $50. I just missed one on e-bay for $60.

Here's the best thing that this ol' geezer has stumbled upon. I do have the standard "3rd stop light" buried inside the grille, however the below configuration is much more obvious to that SUV behind YOU.

Tom I have one. I was going to use it on one of my projects.
I started sanding it(its sort of a mauve color)the lense has tape over it. The wires were cut but its enought to splice. I dont have the rubber gasket.
