Guys,I don't often post here but love to read the many interesting bits of knowledge. I have a question that if anybody has some knowledge of,I'd appreciate any feed back.I want to install a third brakelight under the engine cover.I have sourced one on the internet but when it arrived it's all plastic and I'm wondering if the temperature under the lid will melt it.Any response would be great and thanks in advance.

Yup. I have one there and it is fine. On the other hand, if you have an engine fire, I bet it will melt . . .
