Anyone got any great ideas where I can tie-down my Vintage Speedster in an enclosed trailer. I am looking for 4-points on the car to attach a standard "hook" without damaging the car.

L & R front next to the uprights inboard on the axle beam. Rear gets secured at the lower shock mounts ( Never the CV joint axles) You can also use wheel basket straps that get draped over the top of each tire, but can be difficult to set in place when there is little room between the tire and the wheel well arch.
In addition, on a wood deck trailer I always use a short piece of 2 x 4 (screwed into the floor with a cordless drill and deck screws) one in front of the forward tire and one in the rear of the rear tire.
Very helpful thank you
When trailering my previous VS, I had tie-downs with straps that had metal loops on one end (similar to picture)...
I passed the regular end of the strap through one of the the holes in my Mangel wheels and drew that strap-end through the metal loop then through the ratchet tightener (not sure what its called). Then tightened the strap as usual.

To lessen chaffing of the strap passed through the wheel, I used sections of leather (cut from an old belt) between the strap and wheel.

OK I found the front end beam so good up there, but in reference to the rear, is the attached spot indicated by a red arrow the best place to tie down?

Yes it is , you can add a fastener at the lower bolt to make attachment for your specific strap easier or just loop in over the bottom you indicated in red.
Alternatively, you can run the strap over the frame horn (looks like a big metal arm holding the engine up) right behind the engine mounting bolt and cinch that down at the rear, too. Normally, I would cross the straps in the rear (left to right, right to left) but if your engine sump gets in the way, just run the straps to the nearest side anchor and be done with it.
