All parts were sold off yesterday.

Did some big thinking and with bills piling up and the speedster still sitting I decided to pull the plug and change her to watercooled.

This allows me to have about 130bhp in stock form, before any mods, good fuel consumption and cheap parts and repairs if needed. The 4 cam lookalike would of been a seriously specialised motor with about a 5 hour round trip to the builder.

The motor is coming from a 2009 2.0 VW polo and has a little under 25 clicks on the clock.

I will be starting a new thread documenting the install as I want everything out back.....radiator the lot. So if anyone has some nice links to anyone that's done a rad out back in a speedster, then please feel free to send it on to me.

Cheers
