Tips for installing windshield | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

Trying to install a new windshield in my 86 IM roadster and having problems. Any tips such as what to do first, second, etc? It really seems that the bottom will not match up with the channel but this is the window recommended by Henry to me. Its the last thing to be done before I can get the car safetied and then licensed here in Ontario.

Go to the library above, then to the '84 CMC build manual, and finally to pages 64-65 for a start.

No, email Dr. Clock and ask him his process. He's got it down to a science.

He's posted his prices on here in the past couple of years. Try doing a search for windshield.

A Roadster windshield frame is a bit different than one for a Speedster. Have you tried giving Henry a call?
