I was just looking at some Youtube stuff about Hunter Wheel Balancing and they make sure the tire pressure is correct before the balancing process starts. With my new tires I've no clue what would be a suitable pressure for front and rear for my particular car. Would it be advisable to note what pressure is on the existing tires and go from there ?  Vredestein Sprotrac 5 in this case. I'm not trying to split hairs here, just trying to get it right. Ideas ? Thanks.

Don't remember if you're running 195/60's or 195/65's- if 195/60's, they hold about the same air volume as a typical 165R-15 so I would start with 28 or 30 lbs in the back, 22-24 in the front and see how it rides. If you have 195/65's, they hold approx 10% more volume so you could lower pressures accordingly. Even if you end up changing pressures by a 2-3 lbs after they are balanced I can't see that being a problem.
