After reading through this topic, I decided to delete it. I don't think anyone was intentionally trying to mislead anyone else, but the method of registration could (I'm not a lawyer) come back to haunt those involved. This website is open to indexing by search engines. In the past some other sites had members discussing creative ways to register older cars and the attorney general used the sites to prosecute. Some were not outside the law, but still required a defense to prove. I would just rather avoid any hassles like that for our members.
