Robert, that's a fair price. I paid $385 two months ago for a factory recon unit or I'd pick it up! For those of you interested, it is a truly great unit. It connects blue-tooth to your phone for an instant hands-free kit, can fully control your iPod... aux in to your stereo for a great system, which mutes if it needs to tell you to turn or if you get a phone call. Many more features as well. Mine is hardwired in nice and neat. Good luck!
