Guys:

I tried putting on the Cloth Tonneau cover today and found that it is a little hard to get it on. The cover seems to be 1/4 inch too short. If I snap it in the rear then the cover does not make the front clips. Like wise if I put it on the front clips it does not make it all the way to the snaps. I am sure that it just needs to be stretched. Any suggestion on how best to do that without putting excessive pressure on the snaps or pins?

Thanks !

Will a "Cloth Tonneau" do as much streching as a vinyl version? I could understand the shrinking part. I've been looking into installing one on my VS, but was hesitant due to the uninstalled hardware on the dash/rearview mirror post. I would also need to purchase a new tonneau sans snaps for an exact fit...Oyyyyy
