The back half (rear) are only where the snaps have been installed (from driver door, going around the back to the passenger door). The misalignment starts about half-way around. Starting from 1/2" to almost 2" when you get to the passenger door.
I took the cover to a local automotive/upholster store and the owner said the easiest and cheapest way to fix is to just install new snaps where that should go. Leave the snaps that are off alone. I will end up having double snaps (side-by-side) just in the rear where they were off. The rest of the cover has no snaps so I can install those correctly.
Only trying to salvage the cover for now since it came with the car. I would want either a half boot or tonneau to cover the fold-up canopy. That canopy started to flap and move in the cabin when I was on the highway the other day.
