I found these on Ebay today. An original speedster for 9000$, an original 356 A coup
Notice all 3 sellers are brand new members...buyers beware! Beautiful cars though - I wonder who owns them & if they know someone has them "for sale" on ebay?
All 3 sellers are "not registered" sellers w/ Ebay.
Ebay states: "Note: "Not a registered user" can refer to members who have cancelled their membership, or whose membership has been suspended by eBay. For example, a member whose correct contact information is no longer on file with us may have their registration suspended until the new contact information is entered. In either case, the member appears as "not a registered user" and is not allowed to buy or sell on eBay."
Seems that they have found a loophole by selling the cars for their husbands, friends, dogs, etc.

A '55 Speedster with a Buy it Now Price of $9,000.00 and NO RESERVE, a '59 Coupe with NO RESERVE and going for $1,526.00, a 1960 Cab with a Buy it Now price of $19,000.00.....YEAH RIGHT...THEY'RE ALL SCAMS.....

Wow, that 1960 356 Roadster only has 100 miles on it and the VIN is 11111111111, I hope my bid for $1.98 is accepted.

All three items have now been removed from Ebay. When you guys see this stuff, contact Ebay. We need to bitchslap these hosers out of the on-line community.

I saw those last night, this guy has been listing all kinds of stuff for dumb-low $$$ - oh it's a scam alright. There were a few listings last week that had some serious hardcore porn pics instead of car pics and they were right there on the listing page! I figured it was some guy just hacking ebay for fun, or it was Vince?
