I have never had the bows in my top and never had the top on the car.
Can anyone give me a little knowledge. I have one hole in each side of the car that it looks like the bows bolt into. No bolts so I don't even know what size or thread they are.
One of my bows has 2 holes in each one and the other has one in each end. Can someone explain to me what the configuration on the bows is. I don't even know which bow goes in which pocket of the top.

Ed,
Good move using the loctite. When I took my top off a couple of weeks ago for a repair to the fabric, I discovered there wasn't anything on the other side holding the bolts on. I guess either nothing had been installed at build time, the previous owner didn't put the nuts back on after doing something to the top or they had just vibrated off. I will reinstall the original hardware if I can find a right sized nut, metric I assume.
