Toy trains and toy cars

Posted a few pictures of my WIP train layout with a couple of toy Porsches to give it a little class. Those Porsches and one Sprite are really good because they don't leak oil. Doing the train thing after many years not. Fun activity in the winter, another area to spend your retirement check!

Bruce, I don't seem to be having much trouble doing that, finding hobbies which help dispose the disposable, such as it is. My brother in law is getting me into R/C airplanes. Your train setup looks neat.

RC planes and cars are really big here in Southern Oregon. A couple of really nice wide open spots to fly near our house and there are always lots of guys out there flying around. Looks like fun. As you say about finding things to spend your retirement check on, it is easy! I am moving a little slow on the train layout because I don't know if I want to go bigger, (probably). I haven't screwed the track into the board yet, just pondering. Reading a lot of books and mags and getting some really expensive ideas, LOL.
