1979 Golf Gti ( German Car )
1.6 Heron motor - rebuilt completely - new NOS head
Factory Euro CIS
Repainted Inari Silver -
Complete dismantled - restored
Sunroof Car
13x6 steel wheels
Lots more details available. I just bought this car - i was featured on Bring A trailer in Febuary - I flew out to PA and inspected it and bought it. Had it shipped back to Nebraska - sat in the garage , drove it when it was above 60 above - finally last week it was 80's, took it out on a 200 Kilometer ( odometer still reads kiliometers, its the original cluster with 330 km on it )
I have a few 911's - a few Bmw's alot of VWs This car is a awesome restore - clean and fresh and needs nothing but a new owner that doesnt have a need for speed. I knew the 110HP rated motor wasnt going to win any races - i wanted it cuz it was the first love of Watercooled Vw's i had. I sold my last 911 targa last fall and think i would be better off getting another 911.
I would love to get a Convertible 911 or even a Speedster Replica - NO RED CARS
I am in Nebraska - Clear title in hand and i would expect the same on a trade.
