Ok so I call SoCal and ask for an exhaust that will fit Speedsters and wanted 1.5" tubing--called twice--assured it would fit. Counter salesman says--order 310220 http://www.socalautoparts.com/...-chrome-tips-p-12551  its what they say/sell that fits speedsters. Well, after getting the engine reading to go in I scuffed the paint and shot 3 coats of Rustoleum high temp black--looks great. Slide engine in--nope exhaust is way too high. So, since I painted the pipes that would burn off and rust I'm stuck with an exhaust. Great looking exhaust--no heat risers cause I ordered without. Will fit VS for sure says SoCal NOW because they sell a ton to Kirk. Not sure of other models. Sure fit for a beetle. Trying it here first then off to Samba. My zip is 44250 so figure shipping--I paid $58 to get it here from SoCal. Anyone interested? Learning lessons as I go!!!

Even though my butt sag is fixed the exhaust tips sit way to high--mine is not lowered either. Something to do with the mold I bet--others have said the same thing. What's crazy is I painted the exhaust so its better than new and they would not swap it for the one they should had sold me--I'm just a number. Purchased this---mocking it up Friday then painting http://www.cbperformance.com/P...asp?ProductCode=3500
