Jud,
I'm just changed to the tri-mill. As it turns out there are two versions....One is Sold by Kirk at Vintage for about $150.00. It apparently fits the speedster perfectly, with the pipes falling just below the rear apron.
I bought the tri-mill off of Ebay for $90.00....same basic unit, with the exception that the pipes exit about four inches higher ( absolutely no dragging)....The downside of the higher pipe is that I had to cut two openings in the rear apron.....I really like the look, but any other exhaust that I use in the future will have to be redesigned to exit through those same cutouts, or it will look like crap.
The sound is much more raspier, when you idle or at low speed you get a hot cam sounding rumble....and when you jump on it you get the Porsche sounding big block ripping rasping scream....not loud particularly, just not real quiet either.

HI Gclarke, thanks for your quick reponse! I went on ebay and see there are two types .....it sounds like they sent you the bug one on mistake?at least you dont scrape!! Im going to give it a try (what I have now is the monza with the dual tips cut and single chrome pipes and it sounds just awful.)It looks like the tri mill has baffles,is that right? HAS ANYONE TRIED THE DUAL EURO GLASS PACKS???
