Greg at Vintage Motorcars in California, Carey at Special Edition.    I've installed the trunk carpets, A couple I did in GM trunk grey splatter paint but it is latex based and needs a coat or two of clear urethane to be gas resistant. Others have bed liner ,  a few are painted the same color as the car and also consider painting the gas tank black and the rest of the trunk the color of the car. Carpet set looks the nicest.

Hi guys!!

I have a lot of work to do in this area.  I was wondering if you thought that building a thin board with finger holes on the perimeter is a bad idea?  I could make it the size of the frunk opening and drop it in to clean it up, leave a fuel hole on the NW corner and possibly add a fun graphic or cool tartan pattern to the top of it.

What do you think? Ventilation issues??vGZubTcpTjqWEA7UOk+A2AIMG_2128

Sorry for poor concept drawing. lol

I don't see an issue with that plan. I think it would really clean it up in there. However, you would be loosing a small amount of storage space. And I mean a small amount. I mention it because when my wife and I travel in the Speedster I lay our garment bags in there and they conform nicely to the curves and angles of the frunk allowing us to get our stuff in there.
