It will eliminate the wheel hop on hard acceleration. The engine mounting horns are seamed tubes that will flex during torque.
Doesn't the trusss also help keep the rear frame horns from deflecting / bending under heavy power applications, including cornering?
I have them on two of my race/street VW's. Never used one on a speedster, since I never launch the car like I do at the track. A must for eliminating wheel hop. That would be some serious cornering to be needed for road racing, but I guess it all helps for sure.
