Attached is all the data I could find on these shocks and pics of front and back.  If anybody knows what brand they might be of what comparable shock would work, please let me know. Thank you

Come on guys, Nobody has seen these shocks before?

The shorter shock with threaded ends on each end - Is that really a shock?!

If nobody has seen them, maybe we have some suggestions for replacements?

I recently read that Airkewled will make you any shock you want:

http://www.airkewld.com/Billet...djustable-p/2499.htm

Give 'em a call and see what they can do.

I've also been in contact with "Viking Performance" http://www.vi-king.com/

They have a HUGE line of products. They should be able to set you up with what you need.

Hope this helps,

Ted

It might be easier for you to tell us what y have for a suspension and then we can recommend a replacement set of shocks for you.

Front end:  do you have dropped spindles or stock height?  If you have drop spindles, you probably might not have front adjusters (But then again, you might!)

Rear end:  Swing arm or IRS?  That's anout all the migt be different back there.

Give us this info and maybe we can help more.

The one with studs is definitely not an early Falcon shock. Early Falcon stock shocks have a single top stud and two bottom studs...I know this for a fact because years ago I owned a '63 1/2 Falcon Sprint Coupe and did a shock replacement upon it.

A little further looking came up with the KYB web site's knowledge center:

http://www.kyb.com/knowledge-c...w-to-measure-shocks/

Digging through that is a wealth of info for you to measure what you've got, then call or email them with the info and see what they can do.  Remember that most Speedsters weigh somewhere around 1800 pounds, or 450 per wheel (for the proper damping rate).  That, and the info from your current shocks per the KYB website should get you going.

ok Gordon - I will follow up with KYB. Thx again.  Metal Craft in Romulus, MI deep sixed years ago.  I fould one guy in Michigan who used to work for or with them but there is no body to contact and he knew nothing about my shocks.  I did try the NAPA option today and the guy at the counter looked pretty overwhelmed and disinterested  searching their database but he said he'd call me after he tried. Maybe KYB will be interested in helping.  Thank you again. Bayniac
