Very interesting example and the buyer is money ahead. Just replace the broken motor mounts, take the turbo & related components off to cure the overheating*, sell all that, and rock on.
(Oh...and fix this funky e-brake arrangement).
*By the arrangement of the air intakes, proximity of the turbo to the shroud oil cooler, thick oil sump and location of the auxiliary oil cooler, I'd bet money this car has an effective range of ~40 miles between cool-off breaks.
