Chris, when I picked up the body for my Speedster, it had already been primed. There were no visible marks for the tail light locations. It turned out that, because the primer was laquer based, I had to completely strip the body in order to use a modern auto body paint. After striping the primer, I found there were slight impressions for cutting out the tail light openings. The filler/primer completely hid those impressions.
