Turn signal hole location dimensions?

Hi, My car is a one-off so has no dimples or holes for the front turn signals. I am assuming they are centered up and down under the headlights. So that line is easy. Then maybe somebody can tell me the dimension from starting at the edge of the chrome ring of the headlight down to the "center" of the turn signal hole? Maybe there is a dimension guide or template around already? Lemme know and thanks in advance...

On my older IM, that measurement is 3". The bottom of the rubber O ring around my turn signal chrome ring is 1/2" above my bumper.
