Turn Signals on a Beck

I noticed my dash indicator wasn't flashing. I got out and checked. My left-front signal wasn't working. The other three were AOK. The bulb is OK.
Today no indicator again. This time none of the four lights were blinking. When I got home and checked (after turning the car off and restarting, I had to unload the groceries) everything was back as before, everything was working except the left-front.
I am no good in tracking down electrical problems.
I was wondering if anyone with a Beck Speedster may have had this problem. I'm thinking it might be the lever.
